At Art by Courtney Beth, we take pride in providing a fast and reliable shipping service to our customers. We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the item, as well as the location it's being shipped to. We offer free shipping for orders over $50.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Art by Courtney Beth, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will issue a full refund for the cost of the item once it has been received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will provide a replacement or refund.
